My friends and I had the most incredible experience and dinner at the reserve this evening! The moment we walked in and sat at the bar we were greeted by the amazing bartender Marie. She had the most incredible energy and gave us the absolute best service we have experienced at a bar. We ordered the Tomahawk, New York strip, Lobster tail crab legs, brussel sprouts, truffle mac and cheese and the truffle fries, everything was absolutely excellent. Would highly recommend coming to this place and sitting at the bar especially if marie is working to experience and incredible evening! Nicole the manager checked on our food and experience which was a nice touch, she was very kind and professional. Will absolutely be returning soon!

The Reserve is a premium steakhouse new in town. We visited them for both lunch and dinner. Service is fantastic and foods are superb! Host is extremely accommodating and thoughtful when we took our newborn with us last time. She sat us in a corner booth in the back to allow privacy, less stimulation for baby yet enjoying our dinning experience. Loved the atmosphere, foods and people there! Highly recommend!!

Great place!! My wife and I love grabbing a seat at the bar and enjoy the quality of drinks, food, and the fantastic service. The only thing I wish they would do is offer a more robust craft cocktail menu. The bartenders are very good. If you get a chance have Marie make you something special. If it’s not on the menu, she can make it! We will be back for sure.

Food was all good. The elk, filet mignon, ahi tuna tower were all exceptional. The french onion soup was amazing- well balanced between sweet, savory, salty, and cheese. Wines paired great. The scalloped potatoes with gruyere was a steal because it was full of quality cheese. The mushrooms tasted liked spatzels if you had your eyes closed. I think the only thing at the good level was the creme Brule. Our server Bianca was a real joy. She knew all the menu and Wines very well, and a real joy to talk to. We also enjoyed the interior. Smaller, but private and well designed. A great location to celebrate a special occasion in Brighton.

Great ambient and great food . Service is very good. However, I recommend that after initial greetings and information about the menus , give a few minutes to make a decision for "wine," "appetizers,"and" main course" and always bring the wine first ... it's good for business and for customers. We enjoyed your restaurant very much, our servers were very helpful, respectful and kind. We are looking forward to seeing you soon .

Went here for an anniversary dinner and it was amazing. There was a few things that shouldn't have happened, but the food and service was great otherwise. I felt like they should have checked right away that my tomahawk was cooked to my liking, but that never happened. Also, they didn't give me a steak knife and I had to ask the manager. I thought that was kinda weird. The waitresses were fantastic though. Jen and Christina (I think) were attentive and kind. The drinks were great and the food was just as we ordered it. Will I come back? Probably not. Although it was a great experience, I think it was a tad overpriced. I'm fine with spending 139 dollars for a good tomahawk steak, but I've had better at other places for 80-90 bucks. 5 stars still, but honestly it's more like 4.5.

As someone who lives in NYC, I was super impressed with the quality of food! I would put The Reserve up against some of the well known steakhouses in NYC. The chateaubriand was tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Although the steak did not need the zip sauce or cognac sauce that it came with, they too were an added bonus of great flavor. The wine selection is impressive, including the Cabernet from Napa Quilt that paired well with the meal. Service was attentive and overall atmosphere was upscale but comfortable. We sat at the high top tables in the bar area, which has a more relaxed vibe than the main dining area, but with access to the full menu. I personally could do without TVs playing sports at a restaurant of this caliber, but not a deal breaker as the food was phenomenal! When I visit Michigan, this will be a place I will come again.
